How to Access: Simply head over to Dashboard -> Projects -> Select a project to dive into the Kanban board.
At-a-Glance Information: You’ll now see task Priority, Label, and Task Number directly on the screen for quick insights.
Drag-and-Drop Simplicity: Need to update a task? Just drag and drop it to the next stage! And when you complete a task, you'll be treated to a celebratory animation—because who doesn’t love a little victory dance?
Enhanced Search Functionality: Finding specific tasks is a breeze with our new search feature. Say goodbye to endless scrolling and hello to efficiency!
📋 Task Management Improvements: Stay On Top of Everything
We’ve also made some significant enhancements to the overall task management experience:
Smart Labeling: Labels are now saved and will appear as a dropdown when you’re creating new tasks, making it easier to stay organized.
Set Priorities: Define what’s critical, high, moderate, low, or minor with our new priority levels. It’s your project; manage it your way.
Reminders & Alerts: Never miss a deadline again! Get reminders when a due date is approaching and alerts if it has passed. Your tasks just got a whole lot more manageable.
📌 Pinned Messages in Chatrooms: Important Info at Your Fingertips
Communication is key, and so is keeping track of important messages. We've added a pinned message section to each chatroom so you can keep critical information front and center. Plus, you can unpin messages directly if they’re no longer needed—no fuss, no clutter.
🔍 Search in Chatrooms: Find What You Need Instantly
No more endless scrolling through chat history! With our new search feature in chatrooms, you can quickly locate any message you’re looking for. Just type in a keyword, and let the search do the heavy lifting.
🌄 Image Compression: Speed Up Your Workflow
We know that performance matters, so we’ve implemented image compression to make everything run smoother and faster. Whether you’re uploading or viewing images, expect a snappier experience with less load time.
🗺️ Location Dashboard: Keep Tabs on Your Field Employees
Managing a mobile workforce just got easier with our enhanced Location Dashboard:
Track Kms Travelled: You can now monitor the kilometers traveled by your field employees, which is perfect for performance reviews and fuel expense reimbursement.
Frequency Filter: We’ve added a frequency filter to reduce noise in the location data. You can now choose the interval at which location points are shown on the map—every 3 minutes, for example. This gives you a clearer, more accurate picture of where your team has been.
