- Regular daily and weekly backups to prevent data loss and ensure recoverability
- Systems designed for high availability and minimal unscheduled downtimes (less than 1%), subject to force majeure events

- All server communications secured via HTTPS encryption protocols

- Database access restricted exclusively to authorized technical directors on a need-to-know basis

- Hosting on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, utilizing the latest Long-Term Support (LTS) Linux systems and ensuring latest security patches
- Deployment of Cloudflare security services to mitigate risks including Distributed Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks
- Enterprise-grade server configurations to ensure security, reliability, and performance
4.5 Data Localization & Compliance
- All servers are hosted within India
- Infrastructure and data handling practices are aligned with applicable Indian laws and regulations including applicable data protection frameworks such as the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, where applicable
4.6 AI Workflow Controls
- Any AI-driven workflows or automation features are executed strictly with explicit user consent and control
- No automated processing is performed without user-initiated actions or permissions
5. Data Usage & Confidentiality
- Data is processed strictly for the purpose of delivering and improving our services
- We do not sell, rent, or trade client data to any third parties
- The Company does not engage in data monetization practices such as advertising-based profiling
Client confidentiality and trust are fundamental to our operations.
6. Data Retention, Handover, and Deletion
- Client data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to provide services or as required under applicable laws
- Upon written request by the client, we provide a complete export or handover of the client’s data in a reasonable and accessible format
- Following such handover, and upon confirmation from the client, we permanently delete the data from our systems, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements
- Data deletion is carried out within a reasonable timeframe using secure deletion practices to prevent recovery
7. Third-Party Access
We do not disclose client data to third parties except:
- Where required by applicable law or legal process
- Where explicitly authorized by the client
8. Limitation of Access and Responsibility
While we implement stringent safeguards, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring secure usage of the Platforms.
